THE CHALLENGE:
When Aaron stepped into his new executive role as Chief Administrative Officer, he was facing intense internal doubt. Despite his qualifications, he questioned whether he was truly cut out for a C-level position. His main goal in coaching was simple but significant: gain confidence in his ability to lead at a high level and ensure he was equipped to handle the demands of the role.
